  • Hints: What is an independent regulatory agency? How are they different from a regular department? How many are there in the States? How (dis)similar are they?

Homework 2: Presidential Impeachment

  • Hints: How can a sitting president be removed from the office? What other punishments can be laid on him/her? On what conditions? Can s/he be subpoenaed by the court? Can s/he be prosecuted after leaving the office for things he did during the presidency?
